These are hard times
And they are here to test us
I know You put burden on us sometimes
Burden enough that we could carry
But dear GOD we are too weak
To withstand these miseries
And I know that there are people
Who are going through worse than us
I am not complaining
I am just requesting
And I am pleading to You
Ease away our pain
Turn our miseries into blessings
We are all aware
That you love Your creations
We humans are Your most beautiful creation
I know You will never turn down our prayers
You never did
O dear GOD
Listen to our plead
We don't have enough strength left . .

LET IT RAIN

Let it rain,again and again
To washup all the worries and pain
To settle down the dust of misundrstanding
To have a walk instead of getting wet there standing
Let our shelter be the clouds
Inshadows of which we can clear the doubts
To have a rainbow when sun will peek
To find the colors that we seek
To have the replenshing smell of soil
To get for what we have so much toiled
Let it be rain and with its each drop
We could quench the thirst of our hope
And when rain will stop pouring down
There will be silence and a breaking dawn
It would take the ambiguities away
Only us would be left and a new shining day . . .

WHY DO I LOVE YOU

She asked me, why do you love me so much?
I went quite for a moment and then replied
I love you because I am incomplete without you
I love you because I am crazy about you
I love you because you make me feel like I am alive
I love you because you give me whatever I deprive
I love you because, on my face you put a smile
And because you care for me even from humdreds of miles
I love you because your astonishing beauty attracts me
And because having you, life can't distract me
I love you because I love you when you laugh
I love you because you are my other half
I love you because I know your heart is mine
And because when you are with me everyth

Let GoHer life was a fairy tale
A Fairy tale that came true
Only the ending wasn't happy
Not real life is a fairytale you see
It has complications and an ending so heart breaking
That it would melt the coldest of hearts
But the middle was worth living

He was a troubled one
But her love changed that
As time passed
The sound of her voice was only what soothed him
Her presence was what he craved for
In every breath, love for her was present

She loved him
She never did think it could be possible
She still thought it was a dream
How could he love her?
But it was real.
He loved her, she loved him.
The thought of living without him scar

SUBMERGED

like a river falls in to the ocean
with a great desire and emotion
to end its identity as a river
to be the part of the sea forever

like a person is fast asleep
and he has gone in a dream too deep
he never wants to be awake
despite he knows what he's seeing is fake

like a poet writting a poem
one by one, collecting the coins
for his beloved feeling the heat
he restless untill its complete

like a true and brilliant actor
who literally wears the character
hes no more known for his name
its the character which gives him fame

its the submergence of the river
of the poet, actor and dreamer
into the things they love the most
and

BEAUTIFUL FACE

I saw her and I love her face
There was this innocence and grace
With spectacles and red lipstick on
I thought in my heart she is spot on
She is an artist; she wants to be on Broadway
One can tell by her passion, she will find a way
She is beautiful, she is charming
I rather found her beauty alarming
Her smile will make hundreds to smile
Her charisma can be felt even from a mile
I haven't talked to her much but there is this vibe
Kind of connection that one cannot describe
There are few faces that would make you write
I just did exactly that and it feels so right
Her face is one of them; I wish her all the best
May she succeed

PAST PAIN PAST

Lying on my bed
Looking at the ceiling
Thinking of my PAST
I get this stange feeling

I have gained a little
And whole lot I have lost
Few chances, some friends
And a girl i loved the most

Its useless and its late
But I am thinking what went wrong
How could this be happening
It was so good and now its gone

I want to travel back
But those days won't come again
The only thing I am left with is
PAIN and PAIN and PAIN!

I m tired of too much thinking
I want to die atlast
Because its the only way
I could get rid of my PAST !

THE PEARL

It all started with a sigh
I began my journey from the eye
I tried not to fall from the lashes
But i was destined to fall into ashes
Crawling down slowly on your cheek
I toiled to grab anything I could seek
Falling I found myself with your nose
Someone would wipe me I supposed
But no one bothered and i was at your lips
I wished that you could take a sip
I slipped and landed on your chin
The line between death and life was thin
Detached from your face I was welcomed by the frost
Another life gone, Another pearl lost !

TINKLING ANKLETS

With every step you take
Your beautiful anklets tinlkles
And the sound that they produce
Is like when bells in the temple jingles

They take me to the world unseen
Where is calmness,solitude and silence
I just listen to the tinkling music
What overtakes me is indolence

It takes away my worries
It subsides away my pain
It leads me to euphoria
Which nothing else ever can

At the seashore we were walking
Hand in a hand, both were quite

THE DEPARTED SOUL

It was a dreadful night
In my heart I was feeling fright
I was sensing something sad
Then it happend very bad

To this world, a baby soul was sent
It was harsh and painful, the descent
He announced his arrival with a scream
I am alive in this new world he deemed

He was nervous to open his eyes
He was new and a bit shy
He saw his mother first of all
She embraced him and covered him in her shawl

She was filled with love and motherhood
There establishd a bond which is understood
He felt so lucky to be there
To his beloved he was near

At once a change started to things
It never happens what one thinks
He started to have visions

SILENT REQUEST

They are looking for u everywhere
My eager and restless eyes
My undone and dull mornings
My coloursless noons that are full of sighs
My misty and lonely eves
My dark and miserable nights
Grant me if its possible
The glory so my days would be bright
Some colours so my noons would be a rainbow
The company so my eves would be cheerful
The peace so my nights would be calm
And love so my life would be beautiful

A girl who lives far far away
With a bright smile on her face
Who talks to me like she knows me for ages
Who is witty but also have that elegant grace

A girl who looks astonishingly beautiful
When her hair are nor tied
To whom I can talk frankly
I always want her by my side

A girl that used to write
But she threw away her pen
But I feel she can do everything she wants
And she could easily reach the zen

A girl to whom I maybe a stranger
But I fell like she is the one
I know it's a bit early to say
But its either she or none

A girl who has inspired me so much
That m constrained to write a poem
Heads or tails now depends on her
I have just tossed up the coin . . .
